1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting quotes, or purchasing equipment and calibration services from Synergy Engineering, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, commercial conditions, and warranties outlined herein.

2. Product Procurement & Quotations

• Validity of Quotations: All commercial and technical quotes issued remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Manufacturer Warranties: High-voltage testing and control equipment supplied through authorized channels (Megger, MTE AG, Brother, Trisen, Raychem RPG) includes original OEM manufacturer warranties.
• Government & PSU Tenders: Synergy Engineering facilitates tender documentation, including Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF) and GeM-compliant catalog specifications.

3. NABL Calibration & Laboratory Service SLA

Our testing and calibration procedures operate under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards:

• Turnaround times for standard laboratory calibration are typically cleared within 48 to 72 business hours upon receipt of instruments at our Thane laboratory.
• All test certificates feature national traceability and include detailed uncertainty budgets.
• Clients are responsible for proper transit packing when dispatching precision instruments to our testing laboratory.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Synergy Engineering provides certified diagnostic analysis, equipment recommendations, and onsite testing squads, final operational decisions regarding energized electrical grids, transformers, and traction networks remain under the direction of the client's designated safety and engineering personnel.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of commercial transactions or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
